iXCC ® Warranty Service

All iXCC® products are offered with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period for the product extends to 2 YEARS from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims must be made directly to iXCC. We will take care of all quality related issues with a replacement including any return shipping costs. Your Amazon Order ID will be needed before the warranty claim will be accepted.

  • iXCC does not cover any items purchased through non-authorized dealers and/or online auction websites.
